Please refer to the below updated travel advisory for passengers arriving to Bangladesh with
immediate effect according to the circular received from Bangladesh Ministry of Health through
CAAB dated 07 Apr 2022.
Arriving Passengers to Bangladesh:

 Mandatory COVID-19 vaccine certificate containing a QR Code: Individuals, who have
received vaccine & Completed 14 days from the first dose of Johnson & Johnson or the
second dose of other vaccines recognized by Ministry of Health, Oman are required to
present a COVID-19 vaccine certificate containing a QR Code.
 Health Declaration: All arriving passengers to Bangladesh must have to submit Health
Declaration form online within 72 hours before departure on the following site:
http://healthdeclaration.dghs.gov.bd/ and must download and print the document with QR
code in it.
